GEAR UP is a college prepartory program targeting middle school and high school youth. Hoffman Clark is working with UCSD to evaluate strategies aimed at increasing the percentage of youth who see higher education as part of their

High School After School has exploded onto the California landscape. We are working with sites to involve youth in program planning and evaluation in dynamic and new ways.
