The 09-10 CDE Spreadsheet is here and there are NO NEW changes!

Released from CDE early August, the 09-10 ASES Mandated Evaluation Spreadsheet has no new changes. Once all your 09-10 attendance is recorded in City Span, you can download the excel file to collect all the mandated variables on ALL your ASES participants.

The 2010 ASES Annual Perception Survey online links are closed. Thank you to all ASES District Contacts and Program Coordinators for facilitating the surveys. We collected over 8,500 surveys from students, parents, principals and program staff.

The 2010 ASES Annual Perception Survey Report will available late Fall.

SDCOE High School After School (ASSETs)

Our Year 2 2009-2010 Federal Annual Performance Report and CDE Statewide Accountability Evaluation reporting is underway! By now, all sites should have completed 09-10 attendance and activity exclusion clean-up and are now collecting student outcome data within the Statewide Accountability Spreadsheet.

Just recently CDE released the reporting requirements for the state accountability for all ASSETs sites. There were NO NEW changes within the spreadsheet. Per the SDCOE evaluation training held in May, once all your 09-10 attendance is complete you can download your spreadsheet from City Span with all your students names, Ids, Date of Intake and after school attendance auto-populated. If you were unable to make the data training and need assistance, please review the materials and call us if you need more assistance.

Please note the 09-10 grant year dates are July 01, 2009 to June 30, 2010.
