Hoffman Clark & Associates is a research, development, and evaluation firm that strives to conduct a whole systems approach to evaluation. Our consultants work with all tiers of organizational staff to facilitate inquiry that leads to informed change.

As providers of professional evaluation reports and products, our aim is to communicate the critical elements of your evaluation and contribute to the sustainability of your program.
Our Team

Joann Hoffman founded Hoffman Clark & Associates with a vision to help organizations mobilize evaluation data provided to enhance their learning and sustainability. With over 20 years of experience in the public health and evaluation fields. Joann's Ph.D is in Organizational Systems. She is committed to supporting community change through collaborative inquiry.

Joann is an excellent vegetarian cook and gardener and manages to balance her favorite past imes with running her business and spending time with her family.

Tricia Hodge has been with Hoffman Clark & Associates for 7 years and has earned a Masters in Public Health from San Diego State University. Her background is on youth risk prevention and health promotion. She has experience in health education programs and social marketing campaigns for breast cancer prevention and underage alcohol use prevention. Her pride and joy is her new daughter Sydney.

Kim Clark partnered to create Hoffman Clark & Associates with the joined vision of helping communities through evaluation. He is the co-author of Positive Prevention, an HIV prevention curriculum provided by the Red Cross. Kim also is a professor at California State University, San Bernardino in the Health Science and Human Ecology Department. Kim's current passion is hiking the entire John Muir trail.

          Jeannie Albaladejo has been with Hoffman Clark & Associates for 3 years. Her undergraduate degree is in Political Science and is our resident techie. She contributes to many of the projects and currently authors the Hoffman Clark prevention newsletter In the Know with Prevention.

Hamilton Beaumont is back with Hoffman Clark after spending time with us during his undergraduate studies at U.C.S.D. After earning his degree in Political Science he is working with our High School ASSETs sites to ensure data integrity.

 

 

Hoffman Clark & Associates specialize in assisting organizations that serve youth and their families.

We work with clients as they develop their program evaluation in order to align plans with client needs and the best evaluation practices.

It is our goal to empower clients to make evaluation a truly reflective practice which will assist ongoing program improvement and post grant sustainability.

Hoffman Clark is working towards being a socially responsible business by recycling and conducting pro bono work with qualified non profits.

We are members of the American Evaluation Association (AEA). Our practice follows the ethical guiding principles for evaluators.
